Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, April 10 2017: Crowngate International, a leading real estate developer announced that it has acquired a plot on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah to develop a new upscale resort. Valued at AED 220 million, the new hotel is scheduled to open in late 2019.

Construction of the new luxury project by Crowngate International is slated to begin in early May 2017 and will be completed in 2 years.
